Grenfell phase 2 final report

On 4 September 2024, at 11am, after a variety of delays the Grenfell Tower Inquiry: Phase 2 Report was published. A seven volume report, along with a summary, together with the four volumes of the phase 1 report, complete the output of the independent Grenfell Tower Inqury.

The report was highly critical of many of the organisations involved in the lead up to the fire, from companies to councils, statutory bodies to the government. It included a summary of the issues and associated recommendations grouped by subject matter to which they related, under five separate headings: The construction industry, Social housing providers, The London Fire Brigade, Response and recovery and Vulnerable people.
