Resilient reinstatement
Guidance on the code of practice for property flood resilience, published by CIRIA in 2021, defines resilient reinstatement (or resilient repair) as: ‘Implementation of resilient measures during the process of flood damage recovery sometimes known as ‘build back better’’.
