Contravention Notice
In the context of the UK Building Safety Act, a contravention notice is a formal legal notice issued by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) or another regulatory authority to a building owner, manager, or responsible party, informing them of a breach or violation of building safety regulations or standards.
