Airtightness and thermal integrity champion
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, states in relation to the airtightness and thermal integrity champion: “With specific attention to Passivhaus-related matters, their role is to support and oversee the construction process, where necessary gathering evidence, liaising with the Passivhaus Designer/Consultant, subcontractors and trades.”
