Swift box
Biodiversity in new housing developments: creating wildlife-friendly communities, published by the NHBC Foundation in April 2021 defines a swift box (or swift brick) as: 'An enclosed nesting chamber integrated into the fabric of a building, close to the roof’s eaves during construction.'
