Section 75 Agreement
Environmental Impact Assessment Handbook, Guidance for competent authorities, consultation bodies, and others involved in the Environmental Impact Assessment process in Scotland, published by Historic Environment Scotland and Scottish Natural Heritage in 2018, states: ‘Planning obligations (known as section 75 Agreements in Scotland and section 106 Agreements in England and Wales) are contracts entered into between a landowner and the planning authority.’
