Project Manager Dr Hendrik Prinsloo has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. As Project Manager he successfully completed various prestigious public works projects. He is known in the industry not only for his ability to manage very complex projects but also for his specialist skills and research on construction claim formulation and assessment. He is one of only a handful of specialists that has the expert knowledge and skills to successfully manage the claim process for very complex mega construction projects. He has been recognised internationally for his extraordinary achievements and was recently awarded an extraordinary ability visa by the United States.
The unique decision support model for the assessment of construction delay claims he developed is currently being presented and utilised in several countries.
